Us
Jupiter, Florida-based Benchmark III Corporation was founded in 1994 and
has been steadily building its foundation for 13 years. Benchmark III Corporation is fast
becoming a strong competitor in the South Florida construction industry with a reputation
for quality, honesty and consistency. Benchmark III derives a significant percentage of
its volume from commercial contracts and large custom residential structural shell scopes
of work. Focusing mainly on new construction, we also take into consideration any
substantial remodel or addition that would fall within our scope of capabilities.
The Company’s completed projects range from medical manufacturing,
institutional structures, warehousing facilities and fast food restaurants to
multi-million dollar Estate homes. Having attended both Salisbury State University and the
University of Maryland, along with continuing education every two years, company President
Gregory Hale has been a lifelong student of the construction industry and decided at a
young age to follow in his father’s footsteps. Gregory leads a multi-faceted crew of
more than 60 skilled workers in addition to 10 experienced supervisory professionals and
office support staff.
Our team of skilled workmen have decades of combined experience in
everything from mid-rise structures, basic industrial warehouses and large commercial
complexes to intricate custom structural residential projects. With a fervent work ethic
and a keen sense of integrity, Greg encourages all his employees to strive for perfection
