Admirals
Cove Estate
30,000 Square Feet
Two homes were razed to make room for this Estate in Admirals Cove, Jupiter, Florida. In
addition to the massive home, two cement docks and new bulkhead walls were constructed
along with site walls and intricate concrete designs.

Jupiter
Medical Center Emergency Room Expansion
1210 South Old Dixie Highway, Jupiter, Florida
Benchmark III Corporation was contracted to facilitate the structural shell work for the
Emergency Room Expansion in 2006. The new 20,000 square foot facility will be a State of
the Art ER for the growing communities needs.

Palm
Beach Estate Project
This northern Palm Beach Island home underwent a massive reconstruction project beginning
2005. Tight quarters did not hinder a spectacular outcome.
|
Admirals
Cove Residence
Several design factors came into play with the construction of this new Estate Home
located in Admirals Cove of Jupiter. Large arched entranceways in both the front and
the rear of the home gracefully frame the newly constructed home.
|
Jupiter
Island Beachfront Home
Benchmark III Corp. constructed the Hobe Sound home on the foundation of the 1980s Cape
Cod that previously occupied the property. Existing, pile-driven concrete piers, augmented
by several new ones, anchor the structure. To comply with hurricane regulations, the
architects elevated the new house 5 feet off the sand, while still maintaining a graceful
entryway. A two-story pop-out frames the front door, equaling the drama of the wide entry
stair. They placed a solar-hot-water-heated pool on the roof, creating a spectacular
amenity that doubles as a skylight into the kitchen. Angled columns inside the house lend
structural support to the pool, connecting back to the underground concrete piers for
further stability. In case of water leakage, an air cavity surrounded by a 3-inch-thick
concrete wall envelops the pool and funnels excess moisture to the outdoors.

Island
Way Demolition and Remodel Project
A complete remodel, this Estate Home was razed before it began reconstruction in its South
Palm Beach location. The new trend in razing old homes and reconstruction on the existing
foundation is fast becoming the norm in many older communities.

Coconut
Creek Plaza Addition
Sawgrass Plaza in Cocount Creek added a new building to its existing plaza. The graceful
slopes of the façade are poured concrete.

Fountain
at The Gardens of the Palm Beaches
Palm Beach Gardens, Florida
Preparing the fountain at The Gardens of the Palm Beaches for its concrete shell brought
intricate mechanical and electrical challenges to the forefront before the actual pouring
of concrete for the massive structure.
