Individual workers are tasked with producing a high quality product for the work assigned
to them. This is achieved by continuing education through our Apprentice and Journeyman
training programs for our field personnel. For our office and management staff we select
appropriate seminars and informative conventions to attend from which they can learn and
stay informed. Continuous review of new products and the implementation of new methods are
mandatory and well received by our employees.
